1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Concern Software Solutions. By accessing our website or hiring us for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Concern Software Solutions provides custom technology services, including:

Custom ERP and Accounting Software Development.
Web and Mobile Application Development (Angular, React, Flutter).
Legacy Software Migration and API Integration.

Note: Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client shall own the IP rights to the custom code created for their project.
Concern Software Ownership: We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, code snippets, and developer tools not unique to the Client's business logic.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment milestones (e.g., Upfront, Beta Release, Final Deployment) will be defined in your project contract. Due to the nature of custom software development, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver robust software:

No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Damages: Concern Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our software.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.
